Our Call Center Representatives are responsible for managing scheduling, and sorting all incoming calls for a seamless patient experience.

HIRING SCHEDULE:
- Monday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Tuesday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Wednesday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm
- Friday 8:00am-2:30pm
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Warmly greet patients with a high level of concierge care.
- Answering phones promptly and checking the office voicemail regularly, responding to messages.
- Managing schedules - input and confirm patient appointments via phone and text.
- Entering in new patient records with precision, updating details and calling in prescriptions as needed.
- Assist with various office duties as directed by immediate supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in a call center or healthcare environment (preferred).
- Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Organized with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay Range - $17/HR - $22/HR
