Position Overview
We are seeking a driven Outside Business Sales Professional to work directly with clients, develop relationships, and close new business using qualified leads learned through training. This role is ideal for someone with strong people skills who is coachable, motivated, and eager to grow professionally.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with prospective clients in the field to present Summit Financial solutions
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track activity, and follow up consistently
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers
- Learn and apply proven sales strategies through ongoing coaching
- Work independently while being supported by a collaborative team
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
- Comfortable working in a field sales environment
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we train the right people

Compensation & Benefits
- Average Pay Range: $80,000 – $135,000
