<p>Field Nurses are a critical part of the agency and must have experience working in the home health setting. We are looking for individuals that are versatile and dependable. Individuals must have the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>Must hold a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse from the Virginia Board of Nursing.</li>
<li>Must have experience working in a home care agency.</li>
</ul>
<p>Job Duties:</p>
<ul>
<li>Complete patient care duties.</li>
<li>Follow patient plan of care and reevaluate as necessary.</li>
<li>Work scheduled shift to perform patient duties.</li>
<li>Complete clinical nurse notes in their entirety.</li>
<li>Complete skilled care services as applicable.</li>
<li>Additional duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>


LPN - Chesterfield, VA - M, T, Th, Fri 2p-7p, Wed 1:30p-7p (Pay Range-$35-$40/hour)
