Emergency Medicine Physician – $350K | Lake Okeechobee Area, FL | 1099 | 12-Hour Shifts

COMPENSATION:
• $350,000 annually for MD/DO permanent 1099 providers
• $200/hour equivalent
• Malpractice and tail insurance provided
• Relocation negotiable
FACILITY OVERVIEW:
• 10-bed emergency facility

• Strong APP support: 11am–8pm shifts for seamless patient transitions

SCHEDULE:
• 12-hour shifts: 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am (MD/DO)
• APP coverage: 11am–8pm
• Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling available
• Predictable shift structure
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Deliver patient-centered, high-quality emergency care
• Perform emergency procedures in a 10-bed facility
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary care team
• Manage diverse patient cases
• Maintain clinical excellence and safety standards
• Document care in Epower Doc EMR
REQUIREMENTS:
• MD or DO degree
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine with ED experience
• 2+ years recent emergency medicine experience
• Florida Medical License or eligibility
• ATLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications (all required)
• Epower Doc EMR proficiency beneficial
