Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is hardworking, eager to learn, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. This role requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to represent our company professionally in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system performance evaluations.
- Install replacement parts and equipment as needed.
- Provide customers with clear recommendations for system improvements, upgrades, or replacements.
- Accurately document all work performed, parts used, and system conditions.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Maintain company tools, vehicle, and equipment in clean and safe working order.
- Deliver professional, courteous, and respectful service to all customers.
Qualifications
- HVAC service experience preferred (apprenticeship or equivalent training will be considered).
- EPA Certification preferred (Type II or Universal).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environments (heights, confined spaces, outdoor conditions).
