Recruiting & Growth Associate

Dardini is growing, and we're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and helping great companies attract great talent.
This role works directly with leadership to support recruiting, hiring, employer branding, and social media. You'll help us find exceptional people, coordinate interviews, keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process, and ensure our brand stays active and professional across multiple platforms.

What You'll Do
- Create and manage job postings across multiple hiring platforms.
- Source qualified candidates and proactively build talent pipelines.
- Screen applicants and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Keep candidates engaged and ensure interviews stay on schedule.
- Follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Manage and grow Dardini's social media presence with daily content.
- Help create recruiting campaigns, company announcements, and employer branding content.
- Research new social media platforms and marketing opportunities.
- Assist with onboarding and new hire coordination.
- Support special projects that help Dardini continue to grow.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, marketing, social media, HR, or business operations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude with a passion for building relationships.
