Job Description

Job DescriptionEmbark on a rewarding journey as a Registered Nurse (LTC) in Hanover, New Hampshire, where every shift offers the chance to touch lives and shape the well-being of residents in long-term care. Starting on 03/16/2026, this contract role places you in a high-impact setting with guaranteed 40 hours per week and weekly pay ranging from $2,266 to $2,357. You’ll lead compassionate care, assess evolving needs, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to craft personalized care plans. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to grow as a clinician while embracing the beauty and rhythm of New England life. As you settle into the Granite State, you’ll discover that New Hampshire’s landscapes abound—from serene lakes and panoramic mountain views to vibrant autumn colors and charming towns. Hanover offers cultural amenities, proximity to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, welcoming community events, and easy access to outdoor adventures that make downtime restorative and inspiring.

Location Benefits: Working in Hanover brings you into a community that respects aging caregivers and values patient-centered care. Hanover blends small-town warmth with access to top-tier facilities and academic partnerships, creating an ideal environment for professional mentorship and clinical excellence. If you crave variety, the role also opens opportunities to rotate across locations within New Hampshire or other regions of the United States, enriching your experience with diverse patient populations, facility cultures, and care delivery models. Benefit from supportive housing options and relocation assistance as needed, making your transition seamless while you focus on clinical impact. The region’s excellent schools, dining, outdoor recreation, and cultural offerings provide enriching surroundings that support a balanced, fulfilling lifestyle for you and your family.

Role Specifics and Benefits:
- Core responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care in a long-term care setting, including initial and ongoing patient assessments, development and implementation of care plans, medication administration and monitoring, wound care, infection control, fall prevention, and patient and family education. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and staff to ensure continuity of care, timely documentation, accurate charting, and regulatory compliance. Provide compassionate end-of-life support where appropriate, while advocating for residents’ dignity, preferences, and safety.
- Professional growth: This role is designed to expand your clinical acumen in geriatric care, advance your competencies in chronic disease management, and offer opportunities to assume preceptorship or lead roles on the unit. You’ll gain experience across diverse LTC scenarios, with pathways to specialty training in geriatrics, wound management, or rehabilitation support, and potential for extended assignments to deepen your expertise.
- Competitive benefits: Eligible for a sign-on bonus, housing assistance, and extension opportunities that let you tailor your contract duration to your goals. Your schedule comes with clearly defined hours and a generous weekly pay rate, with the security of guaranteed 40 hours per week to support financial planning and work-life balance.
- Comprehensive support: You’re never alone on this journey. Our travel program delivers 24/7 support from dedicated coordinators, ready to assist you whether you’re at a partner facility in Hanover or traveling between sites. From onboarding and orientation to ongoing clinical guidance and transportation logistics, we’re with you every step of the way to ensure a smooth, confident assignment.

Company Values: Our company is committed to empowering nursing professionals—creating pathways for career advancement, recognizing your expertise, and cultivating a supportive, inclusive work environment. We invest in ongoing education, mentorship, and resources that help you thrive clinically and personally. We believe in honoring your contributions, promoting work-life harmony, and building a culture where your voice informs practice, improves patient outcomes, and strengthens the communities we serve.
