Your Role as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will:
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient patient care.
- Participate in ongoing assessments of patient care quality.
- Collaborate with management to foster a teamwork environment that enhances outcomes.
- Engage in service recovery to uphold a patient-first philosophy.
- Support staff scheduling and manage labor in accordance with patient care needs.
- Oversee inventory control and manage supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (to be obtained within 30 days of employment).
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification (to be obtained within 30 days of employment).
- A valid Registered Nurse license.
- A diploma in nursing.
