TopView, one of the leading sightseeing companies in the U.S., is hiring experienced CDL Bus Drivers / Operators to join our team in Washington, D.C. You’ll be at the helm of one of the most exciting experiences on the road—Tea Around Town, our beautifully designed double-decker bus offering guests a charming afternoon tea service while touring the iconic sights of the capital.
This is a full-time opportunity starting at $24/hour, ideal for professional drivers who enjoy interacting with people, keeping safety top of mind, and being part of something out of the ordinary.Who We’re Looking For:
- A valid CDL Class A or B license
- Passenger (P) endorsement
- Air Brake endorsement
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Clean driving record (MVR will be reviewed)
- Able to pass a DOT drug screening and background check
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
What Your Role Looks Like:
- Drive Tea Around Town double-decker buses along scenic routes through Washington, D.C.
- Deliver a smooth, safe, and polished experience for our guests and onboard staff.
- Partner with tea hosts to ensure a calm, coordinated guest journey from start to finish.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and adhere to DOT and company safety standards.
- Serve as a professional, friendly face of TopView with every ride.
What to Expect Next:
As part of our hiring process, we’ll initiate:
- A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
- A criminal background screening
- A DOT-compliant drug test
