About the Role This is a high-impact, immediate need, work-from-home position where you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. You will be responsible for managing all scheduling and logistical needs for our cleaning services and ensuring every customer interaction is positive and efficient.

Location: Remote (Work From Home). Must be located in the greater Denver, CO area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication: Serve as the main contact for all customer inquiries via phone (using a company-provided cell phone), text, and email. Provide exceptional, empathetic, and professional customer service.
  • Scheduling Management: Utilize our scheduling platform to manage all client appointments. This includes:
    • Scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling customer services.
    • Creating time-efficient routes and managing the day-to-day logistics for our service providers.
    • Coordinating with service providers regarding their assignments and any on-the-job needs.
  • Client Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the scheduling platform, ensuring all contact details, service addresses, and specific job notes are current.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues and concerns regarding their service or schedule to ensure a smooth and reliable experience.
  • Service Information: Clearly and accurately communicate service details and company policies to customers.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in a customer service, scheduling, or administrative support role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable and proficient using scheduling and communication platforms. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple schedules and client accounts simultaneously.
  • Education: An Associate’s Degree is a plus, but not required.
  • Bilingual: Fluency in Spanish is a major plus.
