About Us
PopUp Smiles is a mobile dental healthcare provider based in Newport Beach, CA. We bring high-quality, compassionate care directly to patients in schools, workplaces, residential communities, and underserved areas. As we expand nationwide, we’re seeking an experienced and energetic Dental Office Manager to help lead our team and operations.
About the Role
This position plays a key role in supporting clinical staff, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring a smooth patient experience. You’ll need to be organized, customer-service oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and supervise office staff
- Oversee scheduling, patient communication, and records
- Manage billing, insurance claims, and collections
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies
- Track practice finances, budgets, and supply ordering
- Address patient concerns and foster excellent service
- Support marketing efforts and help grow patient volume
Qualifications
- 10+ years of dental office management experience required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix Ascend preferred)
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
