About the Job
As the PHA Production Analyst, you are the vital final checkpoint in our patient data workflow. This hybrid administrative and data quality role requires a meticulous approach to processing and producing the final patient results. Your mission is to ensure every patient receives an accurate, error-free result flyer—the most critical document in their health assessment journey.
You will use your sharp eye for detail to process encounters, review data for errors, coordinate distribution, and communicate with patients. You will collaborate closely with the clinical and outreach teams to ensure a seamless process from data collection to final delivery.
This is a Hybrid Role. Must have the ability to work at the Tulsa Corporate Office in Tulsa, OK.
What You'll Do:
- Process all PHA encounters to create individual patient flyers.
- Identify inconsistencies of PHA results and questionnaires and send to the outreach team for clinical review and follow-up.
- Communicate with patients for redraws and obtaining lab orders.
- Assist clinic staff and providers with pending lab results.
- Monitor the portal and medical record as needed for missing data.
- Receive and obtain Physician Attestations required for PHA.
- Collect and maintain all PHA team draw records.
- Effectively communicate with patients and external customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. An Associate’s degree in health care, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience coordinating clinical/compliance data in a health care setting.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
- Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Systems is a plus.
