Job Description:As a Call Center Representative, you will be the voice of Malibu Events, providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients and guests. Whether assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, or promoting upcoming events, you'll play a key role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, ticket purchases, reservations, and event information.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding event details, pricing, and availability.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating as needed.
- Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and update records.
- Promote upcoming events and special offers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team performance targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or hospitality role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
