Class A CDL Driver – Regional - New Drivers Welcome
Big Jecca Trucking is currently hiring Class A CDL Drivers to run Northeast Regional routes - All NE States to include all New England and as far South as VA. This is a 100% touch freight
Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly pay: Average $1700.00
- Trainees earn $650/week during training (approximately 4–6 weeks OTR with Mentor)
- Mileage pay starting at $0.80 per mile (0–1 year experience), increasing up to $0.85 per mile based on experience
- $15 per stop
- $80.00 unload pay
- Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, Vision 401(k), and paid time off
Position Details
- Regional routes throughout the Northeast (New England down to Virginia)
- Full Hand Unload, Load/Unload Assist
- Drivers with less than 6 months of experience will complete 4–6 weeks OTR with Mentor
- Home time once a week
- Orientation held at the nearest hub (location assigned based on residence)
- Flexible scheduling – must be open to both day and night driving
- Average of 1,900 miles per week
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited CDL school (minimum 120 hours)
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
- No major preventable accidents in the the last 5 years
- No DUIs, within the past 5 years , no more than 1 in a lifetime
- Ability to pass both urine and hair test drug screening
