About the Role
As a Transfer Center Nurse Specialist, you will:

- Ensure timely and appropriate placement based on clinical information and admission criteria.

Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- An Associate's degree in nursing and at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- A valid New Mexico Board of Nursing RN License.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Transfer Center Management: Coordinate patient transfers from other healthcare facilities, ensuring safe and timely placements.
- Bed Assignment: Manage bed assignments based on admission status and clinical information.
- Patient Registration: Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient registration and account data.
- Departmental Communication: Support hospital values and provide essential reports on patient placements.
