We are a small, client-focused insurance agency seeking a dependable and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team who is able to work 40 hours a week. This role involves assisting clients with insurance policies, billing, renewals, claims support, and general account inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person communication while providing a friendly and professional experience. The position also includes registry and plate services such as registering vehicles, processing title and registration paperwork, and issuing license plates accurately and in compliance with regulations. Candidates must be bilingual, with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in English and Spanish, as many of our clients require service in both languages. This role offers a clear path for growth, as training and support will be provided to obtain insurance licensing and transition into a full Insurance Agent role over time.
