About the Role: LMSW Job Responsibilities

Build strong rapport with clients.

Diagnose and treat mental health disorders under supervision.

Create personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Provide ongoing therapy and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Regularly assess client progress and maintain thorough documentation.

Uphold client confidentiality and safety protocols.

Participate in teaching exercises to enhance your learning.
Qualifications
-
LMSW or LMHC license (New York required; New Jersey is desirable).

At least one year of experience in a mental health setting.

Strong writing and communication skills.

Outpatient experience in individual therapy with high-acuity patients is desirable.

A commitment to learning and a willingness to accept constructive feedback.
