The DNA Group is seeking a Technical Writer Master for its client to develop, refine, and maintain clear, concise, and accurate documentation that communicates complex technical information to diverse audiences. This includes creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical manuals, job aids, reports, and other materials to ensure consistent knowledge transfer and compliance with organizational standards.
Overview Requirements:
The role collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs), developers, engineers, and business practitioners to collect and translate technical data into structured, user-friendly documentation. The writer ensures content adheres to formatting standards, is logically organized, and remains compliant with quality, accessibility, and usability expectations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Develop and update SOPs for all technical workstreams.
• Review existing documentation to identify gaps or needed improvements.
• Gather and verify information from SMEs, developers, and engineers.
• Format documents based on organizational templates and standards.
• Coordinate graphics, visuals, and layouts for readability.
• Apply user-centered design principles to ensure usability.
• Maintain the central document repository and version control.
• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in all content.
• Conduct compliance and quality checks on documentation.
• Manage procedures for document revisions and updates.
The Technical Writer will also create documentation for:
• Frontline Staff - integrating policies, steps, and workflows.
• LLM Integration - enabling AI systems to access procedures.
• IT Teams - supporting system design and process alignment.
Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously are essential for this role.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
