*Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
*Must have geriatric experience
*Value-based care experience is preferred
*Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 with minimal call
*Small patient panel, allowing for more time with patients
*Competitive base salary and bonus structure, with opportunity for sign-on bonus
