Job DescriptionSuperintendentJob Summary:
This position requires a construction minded individual who is able to manage multiple tasks and projects.. You will lead a team of dedicated Forman and fence technicians, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated, great leadership skills and detail oriented.
Responsibilities:

Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback

Coach and teach the skills of the trade

Coordinate progress reports with General Contractor/Owner/PM on schedule and deadlines

Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors when under our scope or working alongside

Monitor, log and report on project progress

Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other project costs
-
Implement safety and quality guidelines
-
Order the appropriate equipment and arrange for regular maintenance
-
Keep track of materials and orders arriving at the site
-
Resolve on-site issues and emergencies
-
Set performance goals and deadlines
-
Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly
-
Manage multiple projects and crews
-
Experience and proficiency in all aspects of fence and netting
-
Evaluation with Foreman (60-Day and additional evaluations)
-
Initiate paperwork for promotions
-
Corrective action forms and progress
-
CDL Class A
Qualifications:
-
High school or equivalent is required
-
Three years of experience in fence construction
-
US work authorization is required
-
Valid driver’s license is required, reliable transportation, a CDL Class A
-
Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, etc.), lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted

Demonstrate ability to work independently while also able to work in a team setting

Willing to work M-F with weekends, 8–12-hour shifts, and overtime when needed

Ability to use a variety of hand tools and all power tools
-
Ability to operate heavy equipment, i.e. skid loader, telescoping boom lift, etc.
