NEXDRIV Inc. is IMMEDIATELY HIRING for full-time FedEx CDL A OTR Dedicated Team Drivers out of North Salt Lake, UT 84032 to drive FedEx delivery routes.
If you have experience as a CDL A Truck Driver, we want to talk to you. FedEx experience is a plus, but not required.
Top Pay & High Miles
- $0.68 – $0.77 CPM (per driver)
- Average $1,600+ weekly per driver
- 4,700 – 5,000+ miles per team weekly
- $50 layover pay (per 12 hours)
- $100 monthly safety bonus
- $200 annual boot/glove allowance

Position Details
- Dedicated FedEx Linehaul routes
- OTR Team driving
- 5–6 days out | 1–2 days off
- Home weekly
- Weekend availability required
- Drop & hook – NO touch freight
- Hub-to-hub dispatch
- Freightliner sleeper trucks (automatic)
Minimum CDL A Truck Driver Qualifications include:
- Class A Commercial Driver’s License
- Valid work history for the past 10 years
- At least 21 years of age
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
- Doubles Endorsement Required
- Intact teams are preferred, but we are always open to pairing
- Must have at least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years, 5 years of experience within the last 10 years, or 6 months of experience with a FedEx-approved driving school
- Must be able to submit to a DOT physical, pre-employment background, and drug screen
- No revoked or suspended license, DUI, DWI, or reckless driving violations
- MVR: no more than two moving violations in the last 36 months
