Title: Investment Banking Analyst
We are currently partnered with a Boutique Investment Bank in Chattanooga, TN looking to add an Investment Banking Analyst to their commercial, residential, industrial services, and manufacturing team. This Investment Banking Analyst will have the opportunity to join a team that is a part of every deal process start to finish, values work-life balance, while gaining sell-side M&A reps and experience working directly with clients and senior bankers.
The Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for:
- Preparing and delivering presentations throughout the deal execution period.
- Assist in the coordination of internal and external resources in the due diligence process for M&A transactions.
- Assisting in the execution of M&A transactions
- Conducting extensive industry, market, and company-specific research.
- Building and maintaining client relations with established and prospective clients.
The Investment Banking Analyst should have the following qualifications:
- 1+ years within M&A
- Industry experience in either manufacturing or industrial services a plus.
- Bachelors in Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
- Strong M&A experience.
