Schedule: School Hours (M-F, varies by assignment)
Hours: Full time preferred

Caseload:

• Mild - Moderate Caseload
• Potentially needed at 2 different school sites

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction and classroom management for students with IEPs across various settings (resource room, self-contained, inclusive).

• Adapt lesson plans and materials to meet the individual needs of students.

• Implement IEP goals and accommodations with fidelity.

• Maintain a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Collaborate with paraprofessionals, general education staff, and support personnel as needed.

• Record student progress and communicate any significant observations or challenges to school staff.

• Follow school policies, routines, and safety protocols.

QualificationsRequired:

• Valid California state Teaching Credential in Special Education (Mild/Moderate or equivalent).

• Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field.

• Ability to pass a background check and meet district-specific compliance requirements
• Prior Special Education Teaching experience required

Compensation for this position ranges from $28.34 to $58.34. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
