🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be running and fine-tuning CNC Swiss machines to produce high-quality, precision parts in medium- to long-run production.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Setting up and operating CNC Swiss machines (Tsugami, Citizen, Star, or similar)
- Performing tool installs, offsets, and work holding adjustments
- Reading blueprints and machining to exact specifications
- Monitoring production to ensure tight tolerances and consistent quality
- Making real-time adjustments to maintain efficiency and minimize scrap
- Performing tool changes and offsets during runs
- Inspecting parts using precision measuring tools
- Troubleshooting machining issues and keeping production moving

✅ What You Bring
We’re looking for machinists who can step in and make an impact.
Required:
- 2+ years running CNC Swiss machines
- Experience with Tsugami, Citizen, Star, or similar machines
- At least 6 months of setup experience (tooling + offsets)
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Ability to hold tight tolerances and ensure part quality
Big plus if you have:
- Medical machining experience
- Experience making minor program adjustments
- Strong troubleshooting skills
