Position: Window &amp; Door Construction Engineering Estimator
Qualified Candidate Must Live in South Florida
Required Experience
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in construction estimating with windows, doors, and roofing projects.</li>
<li>Engineering experience in construction, design, or project estimation</li>
<li>Comfortable reading plans and blueprints.</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills.</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Review plans, drawings, and material lists for windows and doors projects</li>
<li>Prepare accurate estimates and proposals</li>
<li>Do quantity take-offs for materials and labor</li>
<li>Work with subcontractors and suppliers to get quotes and make sure everything matches the project requirements</li>
<li>Keep track of project budgets, schedules, and change orders</li>
<li>Provide field teams with all the information they need</li>
<li>Collaborate with clients and the sales team to review options and make recommendations</li>
