Geriatric Home Health LVN
Amcare Pro Home Health is a mid-size home health care company with offices in East Texas and Dallas. We are currently interviewing for a PRN (transition to Full-Time upon eligibility) LVN Field Nurse to cover the Carrolton, Irving, South Dallas, Mesquite, Cleburne and Denton Texas. TX

We are looking for a candidate that not only possesses the clinical background but also has the leadership qualities & skills to grow with the company. We are looking for a team player that doesn't hesitate to take the initiative, plays an active part in contributing to the company's growth. Previous Home Health Care experience is a must. Familiarity with electronic charting (KINNSER/AXXESS) is a plus.
Job Details


The LVN will be required to perform home health follow-up visits and report to the RN. The LVN must have knowledge/experience with home health forms, Medicare guidelines, rules & regulations.
The LVN should be proficient with wound care dressing changes, ostomy care, wound VAC, IV Nursing. The candidate should be competent with IVs, TPN, injections, Central & PICC lines etc.
Qualifications


1. Must currently be licensed in the state of Texas
2. Should have at least two years clinical experience
3. Prior Geriatric home health care experience is a MUST
4. Should have Reliable Transportation & Car insurance
5. Must be able to pass background check & have valid CPR & TB test/Chest x-ray
6. Bilingual is a PLUS
8. Authorized to legally work in the United States
7. Excellent compensation and benefits + AUTO ALLOWANCE
