Duties
- Morning shift are expected to prep milk tea and prep white rice
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders using the POS system, ensuring clarity and precision
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage cash handling, process payments accurately, and perform cashiering duties with integrity
- Assist with food preparation and drink preparations and bussing tables
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met. Cleaning procedures not limited to cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, wiping surfaces and changing out trash bags
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and providing exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially fine dining or nightclub settings
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest engagement
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism
- Must be able to provide 3 professional references if you are invited to an in person interview.
