Active Registered Respiratory Tech (RRT) license and 2+ years of in-patient hospital Respiratory Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule:
- Every other weekend required
- Work one holiday during assignment
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Successful completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
- Valid BLS certification (other advanced certifications preferred)
- Clinical experience in acute or hospital-based respiratory care settings
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered respiratory care including assessment, treatment, and monitoring
- Utilize critical thinking to manage high-acuity and changing patient needs
- Educate patients and families on respiratory therapies and equipment
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards
- Uphold safety protocols and infection control practices
