Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist specializing in telehealth services to support students' mental health and learning needs. This role focuses on delivering remote psychological assessments, consultations, and interventions within an educational setting located in San Mateo, CA.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations to identify student strengths and challenges
- Providing telehealth counseling and crisis intervention services
- Collaborating remotely with educators, families, and other professionals to develop effective support plans
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
- Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to confidentiality standards
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
- Valid credential or license to practice as a school psychologist
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote service delivery
- Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and educational laws
- Excellent communication skills for working with diverse populations virtually
