Vice President of Pharmacy Services
Location & Schedule: Henderson/Las Vegas, NV (Corporate Office), Full-Time Days, no weekends
Travel: 25%–35% across Nevada and California facilities
Facilities: 3 hospitals in Nevada and 3 in California (including major regional medical centers)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $164,860 – $238,992 annually
- Bonus: Up to 17.5% incentive eligibility

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Vice President of Pharmacy Services to lead its Far West Division across six acute care hospitals in Nevada and California. Based in the Las Vegas, NV area, this executive role provides strategic and operational leadership for pharmacy services, with oversight of Directors of Pharmacy and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pharmacy strategy across multi-site hospital operations
- Drive cost containment, formulary management, and supply chain collaboration
- Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence across all sites
- Build strong partnerships with hospital leadership and clinical teams
- Use data-driven insights to improve outcomes and reduce medication costs
Qualifications:
- BS in Pharmacy required; PharmD, MBA, or MS preferred
- 5+ years of progressive pharmacy leadership experience
- Multi-site acute care hospital experience required (retail-only background not considered)
- Prior Director/Chief Pharmacy Officer/VP-level leadership strongly preferred
- Active pharmacist license required; Nevada licensure within 6 months (California preferred)
