We are seeking a Pastry Chef. Experienced with French Pastries & Mousse Cakes.
Key Responsibilities

Recipe Development:
Testing and refining existing recipes and creating new, innovative dessert dishes to enhance menus.

Decoration & Presentation:
Using advanced techniques to decorate and present desserts in a visually appealing and professional manner.

Ingredient Management:
Sourcing, selecting, and monitoring top-quality ingredients and supplies to ensure flavor, texture, and overall product quality.

Kitchen Operations:
Overseeing the pastry section, managing preparation timing, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, and maintaining cleanliness.

Collaboration:
Working with the head chef and kitchen staff to ensure desserts complement the restaurant's overall concept and culinary vision.

Dessert Creation:
Designing and preparing a wide range of desserts, including cakes, pastries, chocolates, and confections.
