Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time school psychologist position is available for the current school year at a high school serving students in North Grosvenordale, CT. This role focuses on supporting high school-aged students through resource and inclusion programs, working closely with special education services to provide comprehensive psychological support.

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), collaborating with educators and families, and monitoring student progress. The role requires a Connecticut special education teaching credential to effectively address the diverse needs of the student population.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Connecticut special education teacher certification
  • Experience working with high school students, preferably with caseload management
  • Strong understanding of special education laws, psychological assessment, and intervention strategies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educational teams and provide resource and inclusion support

Location: North Grosvenordale, CT
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week for the current school year contract
