Job DescriptionConstruction Project Manager

Overview

Responsible for managing construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction projects, onsite or in-office as needed
  • Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams
  • Track schedules, budgets, costs, and project progress; recommend adjustments
  • Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction
  • Order materials, schedule deliveries, and coordinate disposal
  • Prepare project timelines, manage labor and costs, and support invoicing
  • Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and change orders
  • Attend project meetings and manage project closeout

Required Skills

  • Project management and construction scheduling
  • Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Construction planning, estimating, and client communication

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
  • 4+ years of construction project management experience
  • Residential construction experience required
  • Commercial construction experience preferred

Experience Level

  • Intermediate

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chelmsford, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.
