Job DescriptionConstruction Project Manager
Overview
Responsible for managing construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, onsite or in-office as needed
- Coordinate with field staff, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams
- Track schedules, budgets, costs, and project progress; recommend adjustments
- Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction
- Order materials, schedule deliveries, and coordinate disposal
- Prepare project timelines, manage labor and costs, and support invoicing
- Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and change orders
- Attend project meetings and manage project closeout
Required Skills
- Project management and construction scheduling
- Excel and Microsoft Office
- Construction planning, estimating, and client communication
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- 4+ years of construction project management experience
- Residential construction experience required
- Commercial construction experience preferred
Experience Level
- Intermediate
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chelmsford, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.
