Starting Pay: Drivers will receive between $0.55 and $0.65 CPM, with average weekly earnings between $1,375 and $1,700 based on miles driven (approximately 2,500 to 2,800 miles per week).
Load Management: Expect to handle 50% drop-and-hook loads.
Stop Pay: $15 for each stop, with most runs requiring only 1-2 stops.
Home Time: Scheduled every 2 weeks for 2 days home, with efforts made to align home time with weekends (not guaranteed).
Trainee Pay: $650 per week during the training period, which involves completing 250-300 hours of driving before transitioning to solo driving at a starting pay of $0.55 CPM.
Training Requirements: Trainee drivers must be willing to run OTR during training due to a limited number of available trainers.
Pet and Rider Policy: Drivers may bring a dog or a rider from day one (not permitted during the training period).
Benefits: A comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, PTO, dental, and vision coverage.
Requirements: Candidates must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A CDL. No DOT preventable accidents with damages exceeding $1,750 in the last 2 years. No DUI in a commercial vehicle in the last 5 years, and candidates may never have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test.
