Bedrock Construction specializes in insurance claims concerning property damage related to storms. Our goal is to help homeowners receive funding through their insurance company to replace their damaged roof.
Role Description
We’re building a high‐performance canvassing team focused on consistency, training, and earning potential. This role is ideal for individuals looking to generate income while maintaining schedule flexibility. We are looking to fill part-time and full-time positions— perfect for entry-level, mid-level, and veterans looking for high earning potential and growth from within the company. Students needing a spring into summer position are welcome.
This is an in-person, Outside Sales (Canvasser) role located in Greater St. Louis, MO. The Canvasser will be responsible for engaging with members of the community to generate leads, provide information about services, and collect feedback. Day-to-day tasks will include going door-to-door in residential areas, effectively communicating with individuals, answering questions, and representing Bedrock Construction professionally. We will work primarily in teams and you will have transportation available, however, an updated Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and a working phone are recommended.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences
- Customer Service skills, including the ability to address questions and concerns effectively
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in outdoor environments and adapt to varying conditions
- Comfortability with getting on high/steep roofs with proper training
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Current students are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Canvass assigned neighborhoods (go door-to-door)
- Build relationships & educate homeowners on storm‐related exterior damage
- Set & perform qualified inspections
- Push forward sales process to contract signing
- Handle insurance claims process with homeowners
- Track daily performance metrics
- Attend team training sessions
- Run Adjuster Meetings
- The role may also require assistance with training new canvassing team members as you progress in the company
Schedule
We adapt to a seasonal schedule that ramps up during spring into summer and slows down during the fall and winter months. Busy season (storm season) is typically March through July and hours pick up till approximately 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. This role allows flexibility as we look to fill part-time and full-time positions.
Compensation
This role is designed for individuals who want uncapped earning potential- not just hourly income.
High performers have a clear path to $100,000 OTE => Hourly + performance bonuses. Average range $4,000-$10,000 monthly.
