Day-to-Day as Onboarding Specialist:
- Serve as the first point of contact and enthusiastic ambassador for all new hires during their onboarding journey
- Own and execute the full onboarding process, from T&A handoff to Day 1 setup and beyond
- Collaborate with Talent & Acquisitions, Hiring Managers, IT, and Operations to ensure seamless onboarding
- Organize and deliver engaging orientation sessions and onboarding communications
- Maintain new hire documentation, manage HRIS entry, and coordinate compliance steps
- Assist in continuously improving the onboarding process to elevate the employee experience
- Support a high-performing and growth-oriented HR team with a positive, can-do attitude
- Innovate and streamline existing processes; your ideas are welcome!
What You Bring as an Onboarding Specialist:
- 3+ years of proven experience in an HR, People Operations, or onboarding role—experience in a fast-paced, professional services, or financial environment is a plus
- Natural people-person with a bubbly, warm, and approachable personality
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills; you can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
- Tech-savvy with experience using HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools.
- A supportive and collaborative mindset; you’re the go-to person for making people feel confident, prepared, and connected

Job Type: Full-time, salaried exempt
Location: This position is based out of our office in Lisle, IL. This is a Hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in the office.
Salary: $60K - $70K base salary, plus annual bonus paid in quarterly increments
