Job Description
We are seeking experienced Sheet Metal Foreman in commercial heating and air conditioning in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recent experience as a foreman overseeing commercial HVAC projects.
JOB DUTIES:
<ul>
<li>Supervises HVAC workers</li>
<li>Develop work schedules</li>
<li>Ensure project are at or under budget</li>
<li>Report project progress to superiors</li>
<li>Be a liaison between construction workers and supervisors</li>
<li>Ensure workers are using safety practices</li>
<li>Performa quality checks</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>Ability to communicate in English and Spanish will be a plus</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Must have experience with commercial new construction and remodeling</li>
<li>Excellent knowledge of commercial heating and air conditioning</li>
<li>Excellent knowledge of commercial blueprints and drawings</li>
