Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Full-Time Administrative & HR Coordinator. This role will involve a mix of administrative support and human resources tasks, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and our employees are supported.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks
· Provide administrative support to our care facilities and overall operations.
· Design activity plans and community events for residents.
· Order and organize supplies for care facilities.
· Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
· Organize company gatherings, resident’s birthday celebrations, and employee appreciations.
HR Tasks
· Support the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
· Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.
· Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
· Support facility managers with scheduling staff shifts and coordinating coverage
· Respond to employee inquiries and support a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in administrative support and/or human resources (2+ years preferred).
· Familiarity with HR processes, recruitment, and employee management.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
