FSM Group, providing airport fuel consortium management oversight, fuel logistics, commercial aircraft fueling, and GSE maintenance, seeks an experienced Accounting and Administrative Clerk at its Boston Fuel Farm Facility. The Accounting and Administrative Clerk position's primary responsibility is to support the processing of financial data by maintaining accurate records on daily financial entries and reconciliations. Essential Responsibilities:
- Reviews fuel accounting data daily verifies accuracy
- Acts as a liaison for airport badging
- Daily fuel accounting and daily inventory reconciliation
- Analyze data
- Data entry
- Running reports
- Electronic filing
- Prepare various reports
- Update and maintain fuel throughput spreadsheets
- Vacation coverage for Fuel and Inventory Manager and Fuel Scheduler
- Other assigned duties as needed

Requirements:
Job Responsibilities
· Assists employees, guests, and contractors in obtaining airport badges by submitting new applications and renewals
· Participates in badge audits
· Imports data, finding and correcting discrepancies
· Perform data entry quickly and accurately
· Identify discrepancies in data and amends as needed for accuracy, ensuring that all information has been entered by end of month
· Maintains records of data input
· Verifies data in both fuel accounting system and MS Excel
· Submits accurate and timely reports daily and monthly
· Additional duties may apply
· May take on more complex tasks as needed
