Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive both retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and offer personalized recommendations to customers.
- Handle complex customer issues, ensuring effective and efficient resolution.
- Leverage your knowledge of insurance products to engage with cold and warm leads, guiding them to the best coverage solutions.
- Proactively market relevant products and services that meet the evolving needs of clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience in insurance sales or account management is preferred, with a strong emphasis on customer service and relationship-building.
- Bilingual skills are a bonus, especially fluency in Russian or Ukrainian in addition to English.
- Must either possess or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health licenses.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive growth.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a willingness to engage in sales conversations and consistently improve client relationships.
