Join our team as a Construction Laborer where you will perform and assist with various duties on commercial job sites. You will be required to measure and cut materials to be used on the job and must be comfortable working with heights.

- Some previous construction experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Commercial flat roofing experience is preferred but not required.

Work Environment
This fast-paced company stays busy year-round, with employees working 50-60 hours per week in the summer and 35-45 hours per week in the winter. Work is primarily outdoors in teams of 5-6 individuals led by a foreman. Work is halted during heavy winds and rainfall, with efforts made to recover hours on longer days or Saturdays. The dress code requires a shirt with sleeves, safety glasses, and boots. Employees never work on Sundays, and overtime is not capped.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
