Your Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to emergency water damage situations and perform on-site assessments.
• Utilize your expertise to extract water, dry affected areas, and mitigate potential secondary damages.
• Carry out necessary demolition and removal of damaged materials to facilitate the restoration process.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with customers and team members throughout the project.
• Ensure that safety protocols and industry standards are strictly adhered to at all times.
• Keep up-to-date records and document all work performed accurately.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in water damage restoration is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• Possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment and materials as needed.
