Job Title: Sales Engineer
Overview
Our client is seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will possess a strong technical background coupled with excellent communication skills, enabling them to engage effectively with clients and deliver tailored solutions. This role is responsible for bridging the gap between technical capabilities and customer requirements, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Drive sales revenue with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) to achieve established sales targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including engineering, sourcing, and executive decision makers.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless account activities and timely support of customer needs.

Manage the technical aspects of the sales cycle, including product presentations, demonstrations, and solution design.

Identify and resolve customer issues while providing recommendations for process and product improvements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position value propositions.

Support sales forecasting and pipeline management to ensure accurate revenue projections and alignment with business objectives.

Liaise with international teams; professional proficiency in Mandarin is required for effective communication with China-based colleagues.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within a technical or sales environment.

Familiarity with IT infrastructure, CSPs, and ODMs is highly desirable.
