Job description:

Baltic Food Distributing is seeking a sales representative to represent our growing portfolio of beer, wine, & spirits across the Greater Chicago area. This is a field-based role focused on opening new accounts, developing existing relationships, and building brand presence through in-store execution and sales presentations.

Territory South & West Chicago, and surrounding suburbs within a one hour radius.

Responsibilities

• Visit and manage assigned accounts on a consistent schedule
• Conduct sales presentations with store owners, buyers, and decision-makers
• Pitch and introduce new products to existing and prospective accounts
• Open new accounts through cold visits and follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong on- and off-premise relationships
• Increase brand presence through shelf placements, displays, and visibility
• Execute basic account development and territory coverage independently

Requirements

• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
• 2+ years of experience in wine, beer, or spirits sales preferred
• Experience delivering sales presentations to buyers and store management
• Existing relationships with on- and off-premise accounts preferred
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Strong communication and product presentation skills

Work Location: On the road

Pay: $24-$27 per hour
