Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator who will be responsible for maintaining and refurbishing forklifts to ensure they are presentable for customers. This role involves various tasks including cleaning, buffing, and painting forklifts, as well as managing inventory movement.
Responsibilities
- Pull forklifts from the yard into the shop.
- Buff and refurbish products to ensure quality standards.
- Clean and wash forklifts thoroughly.
- Dry forklifts to make them presentable for customers.
- Touch up paint on refurbished products.
- Move inventory and products around as needed.
Essential Skills
- Experience in material handling and operating a sit-down forklift.
- Ability to unload and manage inventory efficiently.
- Previous experience with forklift operations is required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel locally for picking up or repairing forklifts.

Work Environment
The work environment is a clean, small, and climate-controlled shop. You will work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $23.00/hr.
