THE ROLE
The firm is seeking a polished and personable Receptionist to manage front-of-house operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal staff. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys interacting with people, and thrives in a professional, fast-paced environment.
The Receptionist will work closely with the administrative and operations teams and will be a key contributor to the firm’s welcoming and efficient office culture.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting and assisting guests, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
- Managing incoming calls and directing inquiries appropriately
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring spaces are tidy and well-prepared
- Supporting general office operations and administrative tasks
- Assisting with mail, deliveries, and courier services
- Partnering with internal teams to support events and office initiatives
- Maintaining a polished and organized front desk area
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate is well-presented, personable, and confident, with a natural ability to make others feel welcome. While prior experience is a plus, the firm is open to candidates who show strong potential, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role is helpful but not required
THE COMP/BENEFITS
- Full-time, on-site role
- Core hours: 9:30am – 5:30pm
- Base salary: $65K + overtime + discretionary bonus
- Excellent benefits package
