Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time, contract opportunity is ideal for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) interested in working across a K-12th grade caseload within a school setting in Chattanooga, TN. Assignments start ASAP and continue through the end of the school year, with both part-time and full-time candidates encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students from pre-school through high school, including elementary, middle, and high school levels.
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress.
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies.
Qualifications:
- Valid SLP licensure with experience in pediatric settings.
- Comfort working with a diverse age range, from 1st grade through 12th grade, including pre-school.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a caseload spanning multiple grade levels with effective time management.
