Ratios: 1:3
• We have PCT’s on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKG’s and any sort of activity of daily living
• We have an in-house phlebotomy team that does all peripheral lab draws nursing is responsible for PICC lines and central lines
Years of experience REQ: 1
First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes
Weekend REQ: EOW
Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS
Patient Diagnoses: DKA, Acute Respiratory needs (BiPap, High Flow, Vent/Trachs), ETOH Withdrawl, Sepsis, CPORTS, Nursing intensive/heavy
Special Equipment: CADDS, PCA Pumps
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? No
Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units? Yes, will not practice outside of scope
Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) They will try but not guaranteed
Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? No locals (75 miles)
Pending License accepted: (Y/N) No
RTO Restrictions: Please keep RTO close to 1 week
Special Requirements: Tele required, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, IV insulin protocols, Titration of Insulin drips, Feeding tube care and management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs, Heparin Protocols, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Tracheostomy Management, Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac
