Work Schedule

Full-time, in-office, Monday through Friday

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000

Stipend Benefits

Compensation:

$50,000 - $60,000 base salary


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate listings and transaction processes
  • Support leadership and agents with daily operations
  • Manage client outreach, mailers, and engagement programs
  • Plan and run events, vendors, and logistics
  • Ensure efficient CRM, systems, and internal workflows
  • Assist with marketing, website, and social media
