Location: Yard in Obetz, OH – Future terminal in Obetz

Position Type: Company Driver - We supply the truck at no expense to you. All vehicles are owned and maintained by the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Typically, two weeks on the road.
• Service across 47 states, excluding California.
• Avoid Northwest states during winter months.
• Work is driven by customer demand; no dedicated routes currently available.
• Efforts are underway to establish more dedicated opportunities, supported by our logistics-focused sister company.
• Drop and hook operations with no-touch freight.
• Operate newer sleeper trucks from 2020.
• All equipment is well-maintained.
• Drivers may take home equipment if secure parking is available.
• Detention pay of $25 per hour after two hours at the facility.
• Deadhead rates apply.
• Low mileage rates are included for fair compensation.
• Compensation of $200 per day for any breakdown or maintenance while on the road.
• Maximum of $1,000 per week.
• Dispatch is mandatory but offers flexibility.
• We can accommodate home time and varied schedules.
• Our team is highly organized and maintains clear communication.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of three years of CDL A experience.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Must be under 75 years old (for insurance purposes).
• No more than one moving violation in the past two years on the Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• No drug test failures or criminal violations in the last 15 years.
